On their 2 hectares they grow Viognier, Chardonnay, Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Lladoner Pelut — several parcels on distinctive red clay soils. All work in vineyard and cellar is done by hand, without machines or chemicals. From 800 bottles in the first year to nearly 5,000 in 2023 — a young estate with a clear voice.
