La Lanterne Rouge is Clos Fantine's lightest red — 100% Cinsault from organic gobelet vines on Faugères schist. Serve it chilled and enjoy it as an aperitif or with simple food. Named after the red lantern that marked last place in the Tour de France.

Nuit d’Orage2023

Nuit d'Orage is Clos Fantine's darker, more concentrated blend — Carignan and Grenache from the schist terraces of Cabrerolles. More weight and complexity than Impro, without reaching Courtiol's structure. Works best alongside food.

Faugeres Tradition2020

Faugères Tradition is Clos Fantine's entry-level Faugères AOP — Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah from the estate's older gobelet vines on the schist slopes of Cabrerolles. More approachable than Courtiol but with the same terroir integrity and zero-additive philosophy.

Impro2022

Impro is Clos Fantine's everyday red — 100% Carignan from the estate's older gobelet vines on Faugères schist. Direct, fruity and unpretentious; a wine that shows what old Carignan can do without trying to impress.

Une Case en Plus2021

Une Case en Plus is Clos Fantine's triple blend — Carignan, Grenache and Syrah from the schist terraces of Cabrerolles. More nuanced than Impro thanks to Syrah's spice and Grenache's roundness, but still an everyday drinker with a clear Faugères identity.

Courtiol2022

Courtiol is Clos Fantine's top cuvée — a selection of the estate's best grapes each vintage, dominated by Mourvèdre and Carignan from vines up to 80 years old on Faugères' schist slopes. Corine, Carole and Olivier Andrieu age the wine for 18–24 months in concrete without sulphites, fining or filtration.

Fantaisie Rouge Clair2024

Fantaisie Rouge Clair is a blanc de noirs — Carignan, Grenache and Syrah vinified as a white wine despite all being red grapes. Direct-pressed to avoid unwanted colour extraction. The result is a fresh, fruity wine with slightly more body than a traditional Languedoc white.

Fantaisie Orange 20242024

Fantaisie Orange is Clos Fantine's most experimental wine — a co-fermented orange wine of Aramon, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Picquepoul Blanc. Four varieties from four different extremes on the schist terraces of Cabrerolles, vinified together with skin contact. A genuine fantasia in the bottle.

Fantasque de Fantine2024

Fantasque de Fantine is Clos Fantine's most aromatic wine — Grenache, Muscat and Syrah co-fermented as red and white grapes together. Muscat's perfumed florality takes on Grenache's fruit body and Syrah's spice. An unconventional but harmonious blend.

Valcabrières de Fantine2024

Valcabrières is Clos Fantine's white signature wine — Terret Gris and Terret Blanc, two of Languedoc's most autochthonous and rarely seen white varieties. From the estate's organic gobelet vines on Faugères schist, fermented without additives. Mineral and saline — one of the most unusual whites in the range.
