Valcabrières de Fantine 2024
Valcabrières is Clos Fantine's white signature wine — Terret Gris and Terret Blanc, two of Languedoc's most autochthonous and rarely seen white varieties. From the estate's organic gobelet vines on Faugères schist, fermented without additives. Mineral and saline — one of the most unusual whites in the range.

Karaktär
Citrus, green apple and white blossom with a distinct saline minerality from the schist. Taut and fresh with good acidity and a dry, cleansing finish. More complex and structured than one might expect from an obscure grape variety.
